    Found! Disney's Sugar Cookies

    Yes, it's true.

    One of these things
    is not
    like the other.
    On the left:

Walt Disney World's Sugar Cookies, as served at the Swan and Dolphin Resort.
    On the right:
    My sugar cookies.

Yes, mine may not be as pretty, but notice there are only 3 cookies left on the plate :).
Proof that it's what's inside that counts.
Here's the awesome Disney World sugar cookie recipe I've been raving about.
    Ingredients:
    3 ½ Cups Sifted Flour
    2 ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
    ½ Tsp. Salt
    1 ½ Cubes Sweet Butter (6 Oz.)
    2 Tsp. Vanilla
    1 ½ Cups Granulated Sugar
    2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
    1 Lemon (Grated Rind Only)
    2 Eggs
    1 Tbsp. Milk

    Method of Preparation:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter, vanilla, sugar, sour cream, lemon peel and beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and then milk. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients.
Let the dough rest for a minimum of 3 hours in the refrigerator then roll down to desired thickness.
    Cut into Christmas shapes.
Bake in a 340° oven for 8-10 minutes.
Wait until completely cool and decorate with icing.
Presentation: Place cookies on serving plate of your choice.

Actually, it's almond-maple frosting. Seriously delicious.
