You'll want to check the production codes and use-by dates on the Pesto Chicken with Bow-Tie Pasta, Chicken Mediterranean and Chicken Tuscan. Good to give up ...
smoking, that is.
We're socialized to think that we should never give up, never quit ... and that's all well and good when you're talking about trying to get a job, or achieving a level of accomplishment at a sport. But when it comes to smoking, quitting is good and to be celebrated.
This Thursday, November 20th, is the Annual Great American Smokeout, sponsored by the American Cancer Society. If you've thought about quitting and need some tips to get started; are already trying to quit and need some extra support; or haven't made the commitment yet and are still looking for a good reason to give up your coffee-break buddy, check out the ACS website for all of the above.
