There are no hotel rooms left for the January 20th inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama, but there's an alternative sleeping arrangement - onboard a cruise ship.
The 'Yes We Can 2009 Cruise' on Imperial Majesty's MV Regal Empress departs Port Everglades January 16th, arriving in Baltimore on the 19th, with shuttle service to the inauguration on the 20th. It's a pretty nifty way to sneak in some history lessons with the family vacation.

Pet Therapy Pic of the Week

"Monty came to us at the tender age of 6 weeks. We sure have babied him! He sits on couches and sleeps in our bed. When I get up in the morning and get out of bed, Monty moves onto my pillow and settles in for another few hours.
Monty helps me keep my heart full of love. As an empty nester, I have a lot of extra love to give -- Monty gets it and I get the reward for giving it. Lots of love around here -- you can doggone count on it! Here he is -- enjoying a morning snooze."
