    We're here at Pelican Bay at Lucaya - the destination when you're the 101.5 Employee of The Day - and it's absolutely beautiful!

    I was just talking to Verly, the chef at Sabor, the fabulous poolside restaurant at Pelican Bay. He's from Iceland and he brings a unique flair to the menu here. Can't wait for the Sunday Brunch - Icelandic Eggs Benedict - yes, with smoked salmon.
