As if Oprah doesn't have enough to do between her t.v. show, radio, Oxygen network, O Magazine, Live Your Best Life Tours and more ... now she'll be taking 90 minutes out every Monday night for 2 and a half months to lead live Webinars of her newest Book Club selection, "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle.
I wasn't sure I'd enjoy sitting in front of the computer for another 90 minutes, but I liked "The Power of Now" by Tolle, so I figured I'd see what it was like. I have to say, it's pretty amazing to be watching online and know that half a million people from all over the world are not only tuned in, but that you can submit questions and see their feedback, too. What an amazing way to bring people together.
There were some glitches with the first night's video download, but they're working on that for next week. In the meantime, you can watch, listen or read a transcript of the Webinar at Oprah's website.
