We've been hearing those words a lot lately ... it's the theme for the 4th Annual Work-Life Balance Educational Conference coming up April 23rd at Signature Grand. What a perfect way to describe the day - after last year's Day of Balance, I did feel Inspired, Empowered and Connected.

Naomi is an awesome speaker - I saw her at one of our Women's Club Luncheons a few years ago and I still have the page of notes I took with all the wisdom she had to share from living a challenging life. To look at her now, it's hard to imagine that she was a victim of domestic abuse, a single mom, a Hepatitis C survivor - she overcame it all; so it seems fitting that she'll be our guest on Be You Radio this Sunday morning at 6 on LITE FM to talk about Being Empowered.
